In Private Feedback, customers who rate 4 to 5 stars can leave private feedback by filling out a form and clicking “Send.” These reviews won’t be made public.
For 1, 2, or 3-star reviews, customers see the Negative Experience page. Dissatisfied customers are prompted to leave their contact information for private follow-up. No Negative Feedback page is presented for 4 or 5-star reviews.
Navigate to Edit then Negative Experience.
Disable Negative Feedback
You can choose to disable the display of the Negative Feedback page by clicking Review Link and selecting “Star filter disabled.”
Click the pen icon to enable or disable platforms to showcase on the Review Link under the Positive Experience section. Save changes by clicking the green checkmark button.
Filter Section: This is the default editable section when you access the review link page.
Adjust the evaluation filter threshold to determine the customer experience pages displayed. A score less than or equal to the set threshold (default is 3) directs users to the “Negative Experience” or “Private Feedback” page, while a higher score shows the “Positive Experience” page.
