QR Code

  • Download and print QR codes for convenient access to your review link.
  • Ideal for placement in various locations such as:
    • In-store/office posters
    • Table tents, tabletops
    • Front door/window
    • Point of sale, checkout counter
    • etc

Important Note:

  • If you edit the review link or change your domain, remember to reprint the QR codes for accurate functionality.

Sending an Email Request

  • On the email request page, enter the customer’s name and email addrress.
    • Note: The sender’s name should not include special characters.
    • If you upload a CSV. Upload a CSV file that contains recipient names and email addresses in 2 columns: name, email.
    • No spaces are allowed in the number.
    • Only the landing URL is allowed in the template.
  • Check the option “I have consent to send messages to this contact.
  • Click “Request a Review” to send your review.

Note: You will get the below error message if you fail to follow the guidelines.

Send Whatsapp Request

Using a Computer

  • Open your WhatsApp via this link: https://web.whatsapp.com/ on the same browser where you have the app open.
  • In the app under “Whatsapp Requests,” enter the customer’s name and their telephone number (ensure to include the prefix in the telephone number).
  • Check the option “I have consent to send messages to this contact.”
  • Click “Request a Review” to send your review.

  • On the window/tab that opens, click “Continue to Chat.”

  • Choose “Use WhatsApp web.” Clicking “WhatsApp web” will display a starting chat message.

  • Once your WhatsApp messages are loaded, send your request.

Using a phone

Confirm that pop-ups are enable on your phone browser.

  • In the app under “Whatsapp Requests,” enter the customer’s name and their telephone number (ensure to include the prefix in the telephone number).
  • Check the option “I have consent to send messages to this contact.
  • Click “Request a Review” to send your review.

Whatsapp on your phone will load with the message ready to be sent.

Note:

  • At the moment you can only send one message at a time.
  • You will get the below error message if you fail to follow the guidelines when entering the phone number.

Send SMS Request

  • On the SMS page, enter the customer’s name and telephone number.
    • Note: The sender’s name should not include special characters, and the number should include the prefix/country code (e.g., +1 for USA country code).
    • If you upload a CSV. Upload one that contains recipient names and numbers in 2 columns: name, number. The number must have no spaces and must include the country prefix with the +. Example: +15555555555. Please be aware that the maximum supported length for csv files is 100.
    • No spaces are allowed in the number.
    • Only the landing URL is allowed in the template.
  • Check the option “I have consent to send messages to this contact.
  • Click “Request a Review” to send your review.
