Telnyx Setup

  1. Register your 10DLC campaign on Telnyx using this link.
  2. Create an API key on Telnyx following the process outlined here.
  3. After creating the API key, copy it and navigate to your business SMS Service settings on the app. Select the desired business (ensure the correct one is chosen at the top left).
  4. Paste the API key and save.

Twilio Setup

  1. Register your 10DLC campaign on Twilio using this link.
  2. Obtain your Account SID and Auth Token by following the steps here.
  3. Set up Twilio by entering your Account SID and Auth Token. Once complete, click Save to apply changes. You can then select the desired number.

SMS Service Integration

The SMS Service feature enables you to connect your preferred messaging provider for sending SMS review requests. Currently, we support Telnyx and Twilio. Please be aware that for SMS to United States numbers, your connected phone must have an approved 10DLC or toll-free campaign.

To integrate the SMS service, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Select SMS Service.
